This place is out of control. They say you cannot have pets yet everyone does! Even the maintenance people and superintendent! You can move right down the road (less than a mile) and own a pet in Neiuw Amsterdam. Apprentely you have to have "high rank" to have a pet here. If you have a child DO NOT RENT HERE. They will not be able to play where they want. Only in DESIGNATED AREAS. Problems never get fixed in the apartments
